If you paid a deposit at the conclusion of 2020’s StoneAroo, your deposit has been noted on your new account with StoneAroo and you have been Pre-Registered with the name of the person who paid the deposit and any other information we know about your group.

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: PLEASE email: audra@stonearoomusicfestival.com to confirm your name, your correct email, mailing address and phone number for these updates, links and registration.

We are NOT using Facebook or social media to promote the event.

We are NOT accepting any more PayPal or Venmo payments as we have in the past, everything will process through StoneAroo’s business entity and links provided.

You will receive a separate link or online invoice to pay the remaining balance on your reservation, to add names to your guest list and purchase other items.

Your Pre-Registration will note whether you requested a Glamp Site or RV Site and will be confirmed this way.

Souvenir Lanyards will be mailed to your designated mailing address prior to the event. These are NOT required for attendance, the armbands provided at registration on site will be required throughout the Festival. They should not be removed. Lost armbands will incur a $100 replacement fee.
